Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team and drive our mission of providing exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and insurance knowledge to connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored coverage options. Your excellent communication skills will help foster long-term relationships, ensuring clients feel confident and supported throughout their insurance journey.

This position is 100% commission and remote

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products that meet individual client requirements.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring they understand coverage options and benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding clients through the claims process when necessary.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
