Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C/Benefits)

Shield Insurance Agency is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our team in Hudsonville.

In this role, you will assist new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Quoting new policies
• Managing and retaining existing clients
• Processing billing payments
• Assisting clients with filing claims

This is a hybrid position split evenly between Personal Lines P&C and Benefits, with a focus on Medicare and Life Insurance. A minimum of one year of experience is required. To be considered for this position, you must hold active P&C and Life & Health licenses. We are looking for a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, solid computer skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace. Experience with EZLynx is also highly preferred. Above all, you should be a customer service expert and possess a true desire to go above and beyond for our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
