Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information.

Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.

Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain policy files and customer records accurately in the agency management system.

Collaborate with agents to support client needs and retention efforts.

Educate clients on policy coverages and options.
