Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

This role is built for licensed insurance producers with recent agency experience who are open to a stronger opportunity with better marketing support, stronger systems, and uncapped earning potential.

This is not an entry level position. It is designed for producers who already know how to sell and are ready for greater support and more upside.

Who This Is For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license preferred (or obtained within 30 days)
  • Competitive, self-driven producers who want more than just stability
  • Individuals who take ownership of their production and results

What You’ll Do

  • Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Health related State Farm products
  • Work agent-provided marketing
  • Cross-sell households using a needs-based approach
  • Use State Farm systems (ABS, ECRM, billing, etc.)
  • Perform independently with accountability and consistency

Compensation

  • $36,000 base + uncapped commission
  • $55,000–$165,000+ expected total compensation
  • $2,500 signing bonus
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match (after year one)
  • Paid time off
  • Mentorship and a real path to agency ownership after 3 years
