Licensed Interior Designer/ Administrative Assistant

Miromar Development Corporation is a multi-faceted real estate development company with a portfolio of award-winning residential and commercial properties in Southwest Florida.

We are looking for a full-time interion designer to continually monitor the condition of design of all furnished areas in the clubhouses at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, student clubhouse at University Village, and the public spaces throughout Miromar Design Center and Miromar Outlets; source and suggest repair and replacement costs; and follow up through completion. The ideal candidate will have a tremendous eye for detail, profession appearance, exceptional organization and communication skills, and an innate understanding of color, style and all elements of interior design.

This position also includes administrative support and receptionist responsibilities.

Requirements:

- Must be licensed as a registered interior designer

- A minimum of 3 years experience as an interior designer

- Excellent customer services skills.
