Licensed Laser Technician/Aesthetician

The ideal candidate will have a valid Laser certification and esthetic license, 5+years experience with laser and energy based devices, minimum 5+years experience in medical esthetics/ dermatology/ medspa environment.

You must also possess a strong background in skincare and cosmetic procedures, retail sales experience with excellent customer service and communication skills. Social media and marketing are a plus. You must be consistently reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering highest level of care to help clients achieve their beauty goals while working in a team oriented environment. You will be delivering personalized treatments, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall success of spa operations.

Duties

• Perform laser skin treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser procedures with precision and safety.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide additional medical grade aesthetic and cosmetic services.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages to clients through effective upselling techniques.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize software and other management tools for scheduling, client records, and product inventory.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and increase client engagement.
• Assist with product demos and guest services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and answering client inquiries.

Experience

• 5+years as a Licensed Laser Aesthetician where you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to enhance clients’ confidence while working in a dynamic environment that values professionalism and innovation. Must maintain high standards of safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• 5+ years with valid esthetician license with specialization in laser treatments from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of cosmetic procedures such as dermaplaning, dermabrasion, micro-needling, RF Micro-needling, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, IPL, massage, etc .
• Possess an excellent knowledge of skin care and skin care protocols using, ZO, Skinceuticals, Elta MD, etc
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demonstrations

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
