As an Independent Life Insurance Agent with BMA Life, you will work directly with clients to identify their needs and help them select life insurance coverage that fits their goals and financial situation. Our team environment focuses on professional growth, mentorship, and client-focused service.

This role offers the ability to work independently while still being part of a supportive agency that provides guidance, training resources, and access to multiple insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Speak with individuals and families to understand their life insurance needs
• Present life insurance options and explain coverage details clearly
• Assist clients with applications and policy enrollment
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide ongoing service
• Manage your schedule and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain compliance with insurance industry regulations

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
