Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, or dual-licensed provider to join our growing team.

This role is centered around lymphatic-focused treatments, with the opportunity to grow into advanced, integrative wellness services as CURV continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lymphatic drainage treatments for face and body using the CURV method
• Deliver personalized client experience from start to finish
• Educate clients with clarity, confidence, and care
• Maintain treatment room standards aligned with CURV’s luxury environment
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded wellness providers
• Support client retention through consistency and results
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and education

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Arizona License (Massage Therapy and/or Aesthetics)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Grounded, professional, and client-centered presence
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for cleanliness and consistency
• Reliable, motivated, and growth-minded
• Ability to stand for 6–9 hours per shift
• Weekend availability (required)
