Licensed Master Electrician

Position Overview

Williams Mechanical Services is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to join our team and lead electrical work on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience managing electrical installations, troubleshooting systems, and guiding a team in the field.

The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and confident in both the technical and leadership aspects of the role. This position plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical work on commercial and industrial projects
• Diagnose, install, and service electrical systems and components
• Prepare quotes and estimates for electrical jobs
• Manage and supervise electrical team members in the field
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with codes and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and customers to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Master Electrician license required
• Experience with commercial and industrial electrical work
• Experience quoting and estimating electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize work effectively

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience managing crews or electrical teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in commercial, industrial, or service-based environments
