Licensed Master Esthetician

Job Description:"Purity Spa is looking for a part-time Licensed Master Esthetician to join our boutique spa team. The ideal candidate will have previous spa experience with good customer service and sales skills, and be familiar with working with Venus Versa and Candela Laser."

• Prepare and maintain treatment area
• Perform Advance Esthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Laser hair removal, waxing and etc.
• Listen to client concerns and respond with appropriate guidance within your scope of practice
• Address both verbal and nonverbalized skin concerns within your scope of practice
• Recommend spa services that match your client’s needs
• Refer clients to appropriate medical professionals when necessary
• Create ongoing treatment plans with clientele to help ensure long term results.
• Remain current on Continuing Education appropriate to state licensure
• Work as a team to create a positive and stress-free environment for both clients and staff
• Coordinate with management on creating enjoyable experiences for clients
• Accurately represent company via uniform, positive attitude
• Opportunities to participate in promotional activities to build your clientele

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current and up to date Virginia Master Esthetician’s License
• 3+ years customer service preferably in the spa field
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work with diverse clientele
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
