Licensed Master Plumber

FormaCore TI LLC | El Paso, TX | Part-time / Fractional W2

FormaCore TI is a TX-based commercial contractor expanding into self-performed plumbing scopes. We're seeking a licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) of record, with oversight of plumbing work on retail, medical, restaurant, and TI projects across West Texas.

What you'll do:

• Serve as FormaCore TI's RMP of record with TSBPE
• Pull plumbing permits and coordinate inspections on FormaCore projects
• Review plumbing scopes, drawings, and bids before submission
• Provide jobsite oversight on active plumbing work (typically 4-8 hrs/week per active job)
• Sign off on completed work and final inspections
• Train and supervise journeymen and apprentices when on staff

What you need:

• Active Texas Master Plumber license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing experience (retail, medical, restaurant preferred)
• Currently unencumbered — not serving as RMP for another company
• Willing to be W2 employee
• Reliable transportation, smartphone, valid TX driver's license
• El Paso based or willing to commit to El Paso projects

What we offer:

• Base: $5,500–$7,500/month W2 (fractional schedule — roughly 15-20 hrs/week)
• Per-project bonus: 2.5% of plumbing scope revenue on every job where you're RMP of record.
• Quarterly performance bonus: 5% of plumbing division gross profit
• Company truck allowance or mileage
• Path to full-time and higher roles as we scale.
