Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Overview
We are a high-end, science-driven medspa known for precision treatments . We work with a discerning clientele and focus on customized, results-oriented results. We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented aesthetician who genuinely understands skin, not just how to perform treatments, but how to think critically, customize protocols, and deliver real results.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, stays current with advanced treatments, and is confident in both performing services and educating clients.

Duties

• Perform advanced skin treatments including:
• Microneedling
• Aquagold
• Chemical peels
• DiamondGlow (or willingness to train)
• Customize facials based on individual skin conditions using:
• Medical-grade serums
• Red light therapy
• Targeted treatment protocols
• Build and design personalized facial experiences (not templated treatments)
• Conduct thorough consultations and create long-term skin plans
• Educate clients on skincare and confidently recommend products
• Drive retail sales through genuine, results-based recommendations
• Maintain treatment room standards, sanitation, and documentation

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Medical Aesthetician or equivalent certification.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a medical spa
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about procedures, products, and skincare routines effectively.
• Ability to promote retail sales by demonstrating product benefits during consultations.
• Additional skills such as massage experience are a plus but not required
• Experience with advanced treatments (microneedling, peels, etc.)
• Open to learning, evolving, and contributing to new facial/treatment development

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
