Duties:
· Provide appropriate, safe and effective aesthetician services and treatments to clients.

· Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring the schedule.

· Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.

· Review pre/post care with clients and obtain information about contraindications and examine skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.

· Advise clients on skincare and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.

· Engage and converse with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.

· Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell MedSpa services and retail products.

· Adhere to esthetic polices pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.

· Care for linens and replace them between sessions

· Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and appreciated.

· Educate clients about company products, services, and promotions.

· Schedule clients for appropriate treatments with detailed booking notes.

· Address and respond to client questions, concerns, and client reviews promptly and professionally through appropriate forms of communication.

· Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.

· Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

· Cease treatment and inform supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.

Position Requirements:
· Current Esthetician license by the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology

· 1+ years of MedSpa experience preferred

· Ability to stand for extended period and to lift 50 pounds.

· Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record.

· Proven track record of increase product sales through educating clients and recommending skin care products tailored to their specific needs and skincare goals

· Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking skills

· Time management skills; the ability to be a detail-oriented team player

· Ability to perform comprehensive skin care consultations and create treatment plans for clients

· Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills

· Ability to promote services and upgrades to clients

· Positive attitude and demeanor when engaging with clients, fellow employees, and leadership

· The ability to establish trust with clients and ensure that they feel welcome when they arrive for their treatments

· Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

· Must present themselves in a professional manner, well dressed, with a positive, upbeat personality, and demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the client experience

· Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.

· Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.

· Must have a passion for all things aesthetics and helping others look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience + Performance Based Bonus Structure that gives you the opportunity to earn beyond your base pay through commissions and bonuses tied directly to your performance.

Schedule:

  • 2 days per week 8:30am-5:30pm
