The Role: Educate to ElevateAt 4Ever Young, your expertise is your best sales tool. You won't just "do facials"—you will:

• Drive Revenue through Education: Turn every consultation into a conversion by educating patients on medical-grade skincare and long-term treatment plans.
• Master the Upsell: Confidently recommend advanced services, series, and VIP memberships to help patients achieve optimal results.
• Own Your Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals for product pull-through and service upgrades.
• Be a Patient Advocate: Proactively follow up, manage your book of business, and provide the "extra mile" service that creates lifelong members.

What You Bring:

• Active Utah Esthetician License (Master Esthetician preferred).
• Sales Mindset: You love the challenge of hitting numbers and thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Technical Mastery: Proven experience in Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Laser treatments.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex skin science in a way that inspires patients to invest in themselves.
