Licensed Medicare Agent

Pathfinder Insurance Group is looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team as Medicare Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals who are turning 65 or already enrolled in Medicare understand their coverage options and enroll them in plans that best fit their healthcare and financial needs. Agents will be responsible for speaking with and educating clients about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans, while guiding them through the enrollment process and maintaining full compliance with CMS regulations.

The ideal candidate is coachable, hardworking, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Prior Medicare sales experience is helpful but not required, as training and support will be provided.
