Duties

• Support clinical staff by preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and organized
• Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and vital signs under supervision
• Facilitate patient education by providing instructions on treatments, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, test results, and clinical notes in electronic health records
• Assist with specimen collection, sample processing, and preparation for laboratory testing as directed
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow

Requirements

• Strong interest in healthcare or medical sciences with a desire to learn and grow in a clinical environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and providers
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain meticulous records
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures (preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with clinical support roles
• Prior experience in healthcare settings or related internships is a plus but not mandatory
