As we continue growing our digital presence, we are looking for a licensed Nail Technician who is also a content creator to represent our brand through education, demonstrations, and creative content.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed, highly skilled Nail Technician with a passion for modern nail techniques and content creation. This role combines technical expertise with on-camera presence, helping showcase Mia Secret products through tutorials, product demos, and educational content.

The ideal candidate is confident both behind the nail table and in front of the camera, with the ability to teach, inspire, and engage a global audience of nail professionals and enthusiasts.

Key ResponsibilitiesNail Technician & Product Specialist (Primary Focus)

• Demonstrate proper application techniques, best practices, and product usage in video content for social media
• Stay up-to-date with modern nail trends, techniques, and innovations
• Provide feedback on new products and formulations
• Support internal training sessions for staff and partners when needed

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) featuring tutorials, trends, and product demos
• Participate in professional photoshoots and video productions
• Be comfortable speaking on camera for educational and promotional content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and scripts
• Assist in live demos, events, and trade shows (e.g., IBS Las Vegas)

Education & Brand Representation

• Educate audiences on product benefits, usage, and techniques
• Represent Mia Secret as a brand ambassador with professionalism and credibility
• Help build trust within the nail community through authentic content
• Engage with comments or questions related to nail techniques when needed

KPIs / Success Metrics

• Quality and consistency of nail work (technique, finish, innovation)
• Content performance (views, engagement, saves, shares)
• Volume of educational/tutorial content produced
• Contribution to product awareness and campaign success
• Audience engagement and trust (comments, feedback, DMs)

Qualifications

• Active Nail Technician License (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 2+ years of professional experience in nail services
• Strong skills in acrylic, gel systems, and nail art
• Up-to-date knowledge of nail trends and techniques
• Comfortable on camera and confident demonstrating techniques
• Experience creating social media content (TikTok/Instagram preferred)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Passion for the beauty and nail industry

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
