Job Description:
The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents.
Availabiltiy: Saturday and Sunday 7AM-3PM
What will I do every day?

Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs

Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition
-
Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
-
Assist with Medication Management Program
-
Assist with care plans
-
Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
-
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
-
Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
What will I need to be successful in this role?

Bring a smile to work every day

Be a great team player
-
Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program
- Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting

Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred)
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)
