Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Great Midwest Pain Center is small pain management clinic in Brookfield, WI. GMPC is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management and be comfortable prescribing controlled medications when clinically appropriate.

This position offers flexible scheduling with approximately two days per week, making it ideal for providers seeking supplemental income or a flexible clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in a pain management setting
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the medical record
• Review and monitor the Wisconsin PDMP database weekly
• Follow clinic protocols and state prescribing guidelines
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin
• DEA license required
• Ability to prescribe controlled substances, including narcotic medications
• Strong documentation and charting skills
• Experience in pain management or primary care preferred

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Approximately 2 days per week
• Flexible hours

Compensation

• Starting at $65.00 per hour
