The pay range (base + commission) for a Sales Representative is $37,500 - $110,000+ / year

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions

What You Will Do:

The Sales Representative is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following through on other warm lead sources. The Sales Representative will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Attributes:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Property & Casualty license
• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
• Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
