Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized care plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery and pain management.
• Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from hospital to home or community care.
• Document patient progress accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, sports injuries, and outpatient settings to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective jurisdiction.
• New Grads welcome
