Licensed Physical Therapist

We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to complete PRN evaluations. This role is ideal for PTs who want flexible, as‑needed work without treatment visits. Spanish‑speaking applicants are strongly preferred due to our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluations — Perform comprehensive assessments for new patients.
• Follow‑Up Evaluations — Complete reassessments as needed to update progress, modify goals, and adjust plans of care.
• Plan of Care Development — Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Documentation — Complete accurate, timely evaluation notes.
• Patient Education — Explain findings and recommendations clearly.
• Clinical Judgment — Identify functional limitations, safety concerns, and rehab needs.
• Assessment Tools — Utilize standardized tests and outcome measures when appropriate.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and HIPAA guidelines

We require that you have

• Active Texas PT License
• Strong evaluation and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Spanish highly preferred
• Authorized to work in the US

Hours per week to range "As Per Needed".
