What You’ll Do:

• Assist the PT in delivering high-quality therapy services

• Carry out individualized treatment plans that promote strength, mobility, and independence

• Encourage, motivate, and support residents through their rehab journey

• Document treatments accurately and follow all regulations

• Help maintain upbeat therapy environment residents actually enjoy

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• A collaborative, positive attitude — we love team players!

• Passion for supporting residents in skilled nursing/long-term care
