Truly Pediatric Home Care LLC – Dayton, Ohio
Truly Pediatric Home Care is a small, nurse-led pediatric home health agency serving medically fragile children in their homes. We believe in continuity of care, predictable schedules, and supporting our nurses as professionals—not just filling shifts.
What Makes Truly Pediatric Different
- One nurse, one case – no bouncing between homes
- Consistent schedules – you know where you’re going and who you’re caring for
- Paid on time – every pay period, no surprises
- Direct access to the Director of Nursing – real support, not layers of management
- Continuity of care – building real relationships with your patient and family
- Meet-and-greet before assignment – you have a voice and autonomy in accepting your case
We take time to introduce you to the family, review expectations together, and ensure the case is a good fit—for you and for them.
