Duration: 13-week assignment
Pay Rate: $35–$38/hr ($1,312.50–$1,425/week)

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an exciting job in Watertown, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor residents’ health conditions and report significant changes to the RN or physician.

• Document care accurately using the EMR system.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or LVN license in New York State.

• 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience; SNF experience preferred.

• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

• Familiarity with EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred).
