Department: Med Surg/ Tele
Shifts Available: Days
Pay: up to $1,059.20–$1,488 gross per week
Assignment Length: 12 weeks

- Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment
- Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes
- Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws
- Support care plans and patient throughput
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance
- Document care in EMR/EHR systems
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required.
4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
5. Minimum one year of LPN experience required .
