Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Walpole, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Day & Evening | 5x8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: Local: $45/hr | Traveler: $52.58/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care to residents, supporting their daily health needs, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to care.

• Assist with care planning and communicate changes in resident status promptly.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility policies.

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.

• Promote a positive and compassionate atmosphere for residents and families.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the state of Massachusetts (or compact eligible).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.

• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care environment.
