Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Woburn, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Day | 5x8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: Local: $45/hr | Traveler: $52.58/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed.

• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ conditions.

• Support residents with daily activities (ADLs) and maintain comfort and safety.

• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and families regarding patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility standards.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Montana (or compact state).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
