Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Hancock, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Evening & Night | 5x8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: Local: $40/hr | Traveler: $47.63/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable long-term care facility. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and ensure adherence to high-quality care standards in a compassionate and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician.

• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient status.

• Adhere to all facility protocols, infection control, and state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Michigan (or Compact License).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing.

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
