Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) – Contract

Location: Flushing, NY
Contract Duration: 18 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28 – $30 per hour

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a contract assignment in an outpatient clinical setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support clinical operations, and work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician

• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures

• Assist with performance improvement initiatives

• Demonstrate appropriate delegation and teamwork in clinical tasks

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program (required)

• Active New York State LPN license (required)

• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
