Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) license
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
