Location: 440 Woodward Ave, Iron Mountain, MI 49801
FTE Status: Full Time, 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: x4 10-hour shifts (7:00am-5:30pm) between Monday and Friday, with 1 weekday off per week; No weekends or holidays

Job Description:

Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:

• Michigan LPN license required, or AAMA/CCMA certification required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
