We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a wonderful pediatric client in Washington Court House, OH. This child requires specialized care, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator support, and is looking for a nurse who is both skilled and caring.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available:
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver care based on the individualized Plan of Care
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean environment
• Accurately document care provided

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or ventilator care preferred (Training available)
