Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention, to a diverse population. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs.
  • Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
  • Implement crisis management strategies and interventions for clients in acute distress.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment summaries.
  • Engage in clinical research initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Stay informed about current trends in social work practices, medical terminology, and coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) relevant to mental health.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • Experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral therapy is essential.
  • Knowledge of data collection methods for clinical research purposes is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles, including intake processes and clinical counseling practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ethical practice standards in social work and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
