Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, negotiations, crafting and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying abreast of market trends and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with local property market trends is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
