Position Overview:

We are seeking a Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling the full real estate process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Prospect and follow up on leads
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction documents
• Stay current on local market conditions and trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience
• Strong understanding of the buying/selling process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
