Licensed Real Estate Agent

Keller Williams Southeast Los Angeles is seeking licensed real estate agents to assist buyers and sellers in residential transactions within the local market.

This opportunity is well-suited for agents who want to work in a structured, professional environment with access to training, mentorship, and operational support. Whether you are newly licensed or already active, you will have the resources needed to develop your skills and manage your real estate business effectively.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering a high level of service to their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
  • Conduct property showings, consultations, and listing appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
  • Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Stay informed on local market conditions, pricing, and inventory

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CA Real Estate license, if not about to take the exam
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required
