What You’ll Do

• Follow up with team-provided buyer and seller leads
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Write and negotiate purchase agreements and offers
• Maintain consistent communication with clients
• Use the team’s CRM and systems to manage your pipeline
• Participate in team training and development

What We’re Looking For

• Active Oregon Real Estate License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and coachable mindset
• Desire to build a long-term real estate business
• Willingness to follow proven systems and processes
