We're adding experienced agents to our Zillow team across Metro Detroit — Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Farmington Hills, Clarkston, Auburn Hills, Macomb, Ann Arbor and surrounding markets. If you've got 2+ years in the business, an active Michigan real estate license, and you're tired of grinding for your next deal, this is the conversation you've been waiting for.

What This Actually Looks Like

Julie got her license a year ago. In March alone, she closed 9 homes. Her first quarter of 2025? 20 closings. Not because she's superhuman — because our systems, ISAs, and support staff put her in position to win every single day.

Rudy is a 10-year veteran and licensed broker. He joined The Perna Team in December. In his first 3 months, he took 9 listings and closed 14 transactions. A decade of experience plus real infrastructure behind him — that's what happens.

What You'll Do

  • Convert Zillow leads into closed transactions through fast follow-up, consultative selling, and genuine client care
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through closing with full admin and coordinator support behind you
  • Represent buyers and sellers across Metro Detroit with the professionalism and market knowledge our reputation demands
  • Maintain a response time and conversion standard that keeps us in Zillow's top-performing tier
  • Contribute to a team environment — share wins, share knowledge, show up for each other

What You Bring

  • Active Michigan real estate license (non-negotiable)
  • 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience
  • A track record of closed deals — we want to see production, not just years on paper
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Speed-to-lead discipline — Zillow leads are time-sensitive and you know that already
  • CRM proficiency (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus)
  • Coachable attitude — even experienced agents get better with the right systems around them
