Real Estate Broker – The Venegas Group | New Mexico

Location: Albuquerque, NM (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based
License Required: Active New Mexico Real Estate Broker License in good standing

Position Overview

We currently have 3 Real Estate Broker's positions available. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team that provides the tools, resources, and mentorship you need to succeed in today’s market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and represent buyers and sellers throughout every stage of the real estate process, providing expert guidance through contracts, offers, and closings.
  • Conduct market research, property valuations, and negotiations to ensure clients achieve their goals.
  • Execute proven lead generation systems and dedicate at least 10 hours per week to prospecting, converting leads, and setting appointments.
  • learn to host open houses correctly and create effective marketing strategies, including social media promotions and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships through networking, client events, and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions, team trainings, and script practices to continually sharpen your skills.
  • Manage leads, show properties, and stay informed on local market trends, zoning laws, and property values.
  • Uphold The Venegas Group’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and client care in every transaction.

Spend less time on admin work, our support team eliminates most of the typical agent marketing and transaction tasks.

Qualifications

  • Active New Mexico Real Estate Broker License (required)
  • Proven sales experience in real estate preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with consistent follow-through
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms
  • People-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to achieve goals
  • Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn proven systems for success
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude and high integrity
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to maintain a consistent full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)
  • Comfortable spending time driving to appointments and property showings
