Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Sequim, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly licensed and experienced brokers who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing outstanding service. Commission based position.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Deliver a high level of client service and communication
• Generate and nurture leads
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions
• Maintain compliance with Washington State real estate laws and brokerage standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the community

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
