Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Noble Group office and various locations
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate sales agent license in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with Noble Group’s service area (Vienna, VA and surrounding regions) is a plus
