Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert guidance throughout the process
• Conduct market analysis to determine property values and advise clients accordingly
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Manage property listings, ensuring accurate information is available across various platforms
• Foster relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and follow-up practices
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers
• Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
• Familiarity with property management practices is a plus
• Administrative experience within the real estate sector is beneficial
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals for clients
