Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process

• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining transparency and integrity
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including online platforms and social media
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and legal documentation in compliance with real estate laws
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing communication
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth closings

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in good standing with the appropriate licensing authority
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
• Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and local market trends
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
• Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and real estate software systems
• Prior experience in real estate administrative tasks such as documentation management and client follow-up is highly desirable

Pay: $90,788.84 - $109,337.09 per year
