Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients daily through cold calling, neighborhood canvassing, open houses, and digital networking.
- Client Consultation: Guide prospective buyers and sellers through real estate transactions, determining their needs, financial abilities, and property preferences.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to ensure properties are priced competitively and fairly.
- Showing Properties: Coordinate and host property showings, walk-throughs, and open houses.
- Negotiation & Closings: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, draft and review contracts, and ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing KW coaching, bootcamps, and weekly market training to sharpen sales skills.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Active real estate license or a willingness to complete pre-licensing courses to earn your license.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of drive, dedication, and a "growth mindset".
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Financial Readiness: Comfortable operating in a 100% commission, independent contractor position.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using real estate CRMs, proprietary KW technology, and marketing platforms.
