Duties
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals through effective sales administration practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, while handling sensitive client information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance and expanding the client base.
Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in customer service practices, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outside sales processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
