Duties

- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals, maximize client satisfaction, and meet sales targets.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer databases.
- Conduct analysis of customer needs and market trends to develop tailored marketing strategies that boost engagement.
- Promote insurance products and benefits administration options while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality.
- Support telemarketing efforts by making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, and nurturing ongoing relationships.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation abilities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively articulate product benefits and address customer concerns.
- Multilingual proficiency (Spanish a must) to serve diverse communities and expand market reach.
- Competence in sales administration tasks including data entry, documentation, and CRM management.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for strategic planning.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations relevant to insurance sales and benefits administration to ensure compliance.
