This is not an entry-level role. This is for a licensed, competitive salesperson who wants to:

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License (required)
  • 1+ year insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence and closing ability
  • Comfortable with high call volume and structured environment
  • Coachable, competitive, and accountable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound + outbound sales conversations (paid leads provided for outside sales)
  • Quote and close home, auto, and bundled policies
  • Hit daily activity targets and monthly production goals
  • Work inside a live “virtual office” environment (Zoom-based team floor)
  • Document all client interactions in CRM (eAgent)


Minimum daily expectations:


  • 2+ items sold OR
  • 5 quoted households (QHH) OR
  • 3+ hours talk time OR
  • 100+ outbound calls


Monthly expectation:

25+ issued items (minimum)

Top performers: 40–65+ items/month
