Licensed Therapist

Lotus Psychiatric Center is a private mental health practice located in Hermitage, TN. We are looking to expand our team and are searching for a passionate therapist to join us. This position would start as part-time while beginning to build your case load, and could transition to full-time if wanted by the therapist, as their case load begins to grow. The position is ideal for a therapist who likes to take a holistic approach to patient care, and who prefers an autonomous/independent style of work. This position is hybrid, with telehealth and in-office appointments utilized, and comes with the flexibility of making your own schedule. We offer a 60/40 split compensation model for fully licensed clinicans.

Duties

-Conduct individual, family or couples therapy sessions based on areas of expertise

-Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans

-Monitor clients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

-Collaborate with psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and other treatment team members to coordinate client care

- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely

Requirements

-Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or other relevant field

-2+ years experience providing therapy services

-Current, unrestricted license in the state of Tennessee, in good standing, to include LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
