Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is independent, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will support clients in developing and implementing effective treatment strategies while contributing to overall program success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, culturally responsive clinical counseling in compliance with Maryland and Washington, DC standards
• Conduct mental health intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver outpatient therapy services to children, adults, families, and couples (individual and group settings)
• Maintain an active caseload and complete timely documentation
• Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• Connect clients and families to appropriate community resources
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, including community-based and crisis follow-ups

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Maryland license (LICSW) required (DC and Virginia licenses preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Contract (Full-time opportunities may be available)
• 5–15 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling: day, evening, or night shifts
• Monday–Friday availability
• Remote / Hybrid (Laurel, MD 20708)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $45–$55 per session
• No-cost clinical licensure supervision
